WOOLWICH TOWN HALL

The UP Scaffolding Team are extremely proud to add this prestigious project to our forever growing portfolio.

This historic building was finished in 1906 and is considered as one of the finest town halls of the period and "is a rich and sophisticated essay in the English Baroque".

Internally the works will be focused on Victoria Hall with its impressive coffered plasterwork. A programme of repair will include the multiple chandeliers, the stained glass windows which depict local themes and at the same time repair the original clock and clock faces situated in the 40m high clock tower.

External works will be focused on brick and stone cleaning and repair, conservation work to nearly 200 original timber windows and major replacement of the extensive roof coverings.

The UP Scaffolding team executed this project safely and professionally from start to finish, leaving our client extremely satisfied once again.
