The West Bridge is just a section of this vast busy market and the project had many challenges to overcome.
It was completed in phases to remove the asbestos from several locations within. Phases 1, 2 and 3 gave access to the underside of the bridge and to the side elevations to remove the glass facades.

Phase 4 of this project was to provide a working platform and temporary roof spanning the entire bridge for the removal of asbestos.
SWISS COTTAGE LIBRARY PROJECT
North West London
Duration January 2022 – Summer 2022.

We were asked by the client to provide a scaffold access to allow for full window replacement of Swiss Cottage Public Library. Edge protection handrail around the full perimeter of the roof enables safe working during new waterproofing works, with good access to all levels via a Haki staircase.
Due to the close proximity of the Swiss Cottage ring road, the job provided logistical problems which were overcome with good planning with the client site team.
Ensuring the public were kept safe during the erection of the scaffold around this busy public space, which includes the library, leisure centre, garden space and footpaths, was essential at all times.
